CPR & FIRST AID TRAINING SETX provides skilled instructions for emergency situations. We center our classes around the needs of the individuals personally. Rather than a general black and white approach the training provided here allows the focus to remain on actual situations one might encounter at the facility they're working in. Through feedback of attendees we remain confident in our ability to provide excellent basic life support, CPR and first aid knowledge as well as informative AED training.
The delivery of CPR training material will remain driven by genuine passion for the preservation of life during a cardiac arrest. Please remember when choosing where to certify that it truly matters how CPR training is provided, understood because if ever implemented skills must be recalled quickly.
Training is thoroughly provided in a time efficient manner to accommodate work schedules.
The instructing approach is designed to provide quick reactions, without hesitation, for the most common instances specific to individual. This format promotes an improved outcome during a crisis, when there is no time to second guess.
WHO CAN YOU SAVE WITH CPR?
The life you save with CPR is mostly likely to be a friend or loved one.
Four out of five cardiac arrests happen at home.
workplace related injuries and accidents occur regularly and may ultimately require bystander CPR
Statistically speaking, if called on to administer CPR in an emergency, the life you save is likely to be someone at home: a child, a spouse, a parent or a friend
WHY TAKE ACTION?
Failure to act in a cardiac emergency can lead to unnecessary deaths. TAKE initiative to provide assistance! We are here to teach and prepare you!
Effective bystander CPR provided immediately after sudden cardiac arrest can double or triple a victim’s chance of survival, but only 32 percent of cardiac arrest victims get CPR from a bystander.
Sadly, less than eight percent of people who suffer cardiac arrest outside the hospital survive.
The American Heart Association trains more than 12 million people in CPR annually, to equip Americans with the skills they need to perform bystander CPR.
Learn CPR. Of course we are busy and finding a couple hours of time for a class can be challenging. Don’t let that excuse become a phrase that could haunt you. CPR training can be fun. And if CPR saves the life of a loved one it is invaluable, time well spent and one of the most important lessons we can provide our families with!
In January 2018 AHA transitioned to eCards which take the place of traditional certification cards. Once students claim their eCard sent to their email address they have the option to print it. Flexible eCard formats allow students to print a full or wallet-sized physical copy of their card, making it easy to show proof they have successfully completed training requirements. Price per card will vary by course and ecard option.
